Auction Terms: All sales are final. The auction company accepts cash, check, and credit cards (+3%). There is a 10% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Any announcements made by the auctioneer from the auction block on the day of the sale will take precedence over any written advertisements. 

We are happy to announce that the small animal auctions will be returning to the barn in McAlpin beginning on Saturday, February 10, 2024. Mark has been working diligently to get everything ready, and we are looking forward to seeing all of our friends again on Saturday nights. The auction will be held on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. 

Animal check-in will begin at 8:00am and the auction will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please get your animals checked in at least an hour before sale time. 

You can call Mark at 386-590-1307 for information regarding animal health requirements and tags needed for sale. Agriculture inspectors will be available on-site the day of sale.
